Approved by the Ministry of Communications of P. R. China, Qingdao Grand Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd (GOSCO) was established on January 8, 2001 and is today one of the leading shipping and forwarding agents in Qingdao. The company undertakes the business in accordance with the Regulations of the P. R. China on International Maritime Transportation and devotes itself to providing the principals with professional and personalized services. On March 8, 2004, the company acquired the ISO 9001:2000 certification from DNV.

The company has a staff of 26 people with rich experience in international shipping and agency fields, and consists of 4 major sections:

b. Shipping Department

c. Documentation Department

d. Liner Department

To expand the service network, the company has established subsidiaries in 5 major Chinese ports: Shanghai, Lianyungang, Yantai, Ningbo and Dalian.

V. Quality, reliable and advanced service in various respects, with a long term good relationship with relative parties in connection with port operations, such as the governmental office, Port Authority, Customs, Immigration office, Inspection and Quarantine office and stevedores, etc.
