Continental - Maritime. Short and cool summers, long
and warm winters.

The annual average is 12.1℃. The hottest month of the
year is August, with the highest temperature being 36.2℃
and an average of 25.1℃. The coldest month
is January with the lowest being -16.9℃
and an average of 2.4℃.
Winds:
North and Northwest, September through March; South
and Southeast; April through August; average Beaufort
3~4. In case of cold waves, winds of Beaufort 6-8 are
frequent, with a possibility of Beaufort 9-10. Effect
of the edge of typhoon or tropical storm may occur July
though September for 2-3 times per annual.
Fog:
48 foggy days per year on average. The foggy season
starts in March and ends in August. The heaviest fogs
occur April through July. Usually fog arises at dusk
and disperses around 10 am the following day.
Rainfall:
Annual average rainfall is 768mm. The heaviest rainfalls,
approximately 537mm, which normally occur in July and
August, account for 70% of the total rainfall of the
year.
